I want quicken to recognize Company A not based on the amount getting deposited, but by the name of the company so that even if the scheduled deposit is different then what actually gets deposited, quicken will delete the incorrect entry and my balance is fine. Both the $1500 and $1500.50 get registered as income, throwing my balance out of whack. But when March 4 comes and my actual income is deposited at $1500.50, it doesn't recognize this. For example, Quicken will show upcoming income being deposited on March 4 from Company A as being $1500. I work hourly, so every paycheck is a little bit different.
